There are many Ski Resorts in Denver, the facilities and amenities offered are near Denver. The nearest ski resort, with all amenities and facilities, is Winter Park Ski Resort, 67 miles away. The Rocky Mountain Chalet, in Winter Park, is family oriented but also caters to parties, groups, and individuals. The whole chalet may be reserved for meetings, weddings, family reunions, etc. Use the gourmet kitchen or take the family out to one of several nearby eateries. The Chalet is five and a half miles from Winter Park Ski Resort. Other rental types are also available.
Many ski resorts are within one and a half hours drive from Denver, down I-70. A few most popular are Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and Vail Ski Resort.
