The Loft Denver is the newest premiere lounge downtown. Located at 821 22nd St., the venue is centrally located, and with 7,400 square feet on two unique floors. The Loft is an ideal venue for corporate and private parties, ranging from 30 to 800 people.
The upper level will hold parties up to 225 guests. Custom booths, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and dim lighting create a comfortable lounge atmosphere. There is plenty of seating and HD flatscreens if needed.
The main floor can hold parties up to 575 guests. A raised platform supporting five custom steel framed booths overlooks the spacious dance floor and a 40 foot granite bar. The 15' ceiling along the exposed brick give the room a classy loft feel. The management team of The Loft is determined to make each party a success. In an effort to accomplish that, The Loft will help plan and organize the function from start to finish.
Parties over 575 guests can rent both floors to ensure the comfort of everyone invited. Parties under 225 can reserve part of either floor, depending on the needs and space required.
